Shipping policy
Made to order. Each piece is printed and assembled just for you. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping times (after production).
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs. (Remove if you ship US-only.)
Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout based on size and destination. (If you offer free shipping, state it here, e.g. "Free standard shipping on all US orders.")
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Large or multi-item orders may ship in more than one parcel.
Customs & duties (international). Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
Wrong or undeliverable address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address; we'll help arrange a reship at cost where possible.
