Do I need to be a professional artist to apply?
Not at all. We welcome both emerging and established artists. What matters most is the quality, originality, and market appeal of your work — not your credentials or gallery history.
Do I retain copyright of my artwork?
Yes, absolutely. You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your original artwork. Our licensing agreement grants We Love Canvas the right to reproduce your work as canvas prints and wall art, but you remain the sole owner.
How are royalties calculated and paid?
Royalty rates and payment schedules are detailed in the licensing agreement provided upon approval. Payments are made on a regular schedule and you'll receive transparent reporting on all sales of your artwork.
How long does the review process take?
Our curation team typically reviews submissions within 7–10 business days. You'll receive an email notification with the outcome and, if approved, next steps for onboarding.
Can I sell my art on other platforms too?
Yes. Our standard licensing agreement is non-exclusive, which means you're free to sell your artwork through your own channels, galleries, and other print-on-demand platforms simultaneously.
What file formats and resolution do you require?
We accept high-resolution JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD files at a minimum of 300 DPI. For initial review, low-resolution samples are fine — we'll request full-resolution files once you're approved.
Is there a cost to join the artist program?
No. There is no cost, fee, or upfront investment to join our artist program. We invest in promoting and producing your artwork at our own expense.
