Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?
If you haven't received a tracking notification after your order has shipped, please try the following:

Allow up to 24–48 hours after the ship date for the tracking email to arrive

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase. It typically starts with "#" followed by a series of digits. You can also find it by logging into your account and visiting your Order History page.
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers can take up to 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after your order ships. If the number still isn't working after 48 hours, please email us at sales@welovecanvas.com and we'll investigate the status of your shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can update your shipping address if your order hasn't entered production yet. Please email sales@welovecanvas.com as soon as possible with your order number and new address. Once the order is in production or has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it.
First, check around your property — side doors, porches, and with neighbours. Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered shortly before it physically arrives, so we recommend waiting 24 hours. If your package still hasn't shown up, email sales@welovecanvas.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate your order.
Do you offer expedited or express shipping?
Yes! We offer several shipping speed options at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies to the delivery transit time only — production time (2–5 business days) is separate. For urgent requests, email sales@welovecanvas.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within a short window after placement, before they enter production. Since every piece is custom-made, once production begins we're unable to make changes. Please email sales@welovecanvas.com immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
