Before Your Order Ships

Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel or modify your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Simply reach out to our support team and we'll take care of it right away.

Once your order has entered the production or shipping process, cancellation may not be possible, and the standard return policy below will apply.

14-Day Return Window

From Delivery

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method. The product cost will be refunded in full; however, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are offered as store credit to your We Love Canvas account, covering the full value of the item(s) including any shipping charges paid.

  • No restocking fees — we never charge extra for processing your return.

Important:Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please do not discard items until your return has been confirmed by our team.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you — no questions asked.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage, and our team will arrange a replacement immediately. In such cases, you will not be required to return the damaged product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Custom or personalised canvas prints made to your specific requirements

  • Items that have been installed, mounted, or show signs of use

  • Orders where the return request is made after the 15-day return window

  • Products purchased during a final-sale or clearance promotion (if applicable)

Colour Variations

Please note that slight variations in colour between your screen and the delivered product are normal. These differences are caused by varying monitor calibrations and display settings. We reproduce every artwork as faithfully as possible to the original source file.

Significant colour discrepancies that are clearly the result of a printing error are treated as defective items and are eligible for a free replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. All returns are self-shipped by the customer. Follow these four steps:

Return Shipping:Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Upon approval, our team will provide the shipping address for our production unit.

Inspection & Approval Process

Once your returned package arrives at our production unit, our quality team will carefully inspect the item to verify it meets return eligibility:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • No signs of damage caused after delivery (wear, scratches, modifications)

  • The return was initiated within the 15-day return window

Declined Returns:If the item does not pass inspection (e.g., signs of use, damage, or missing packaging), we will contact you with details. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense, or we can discuss alternative solutions.

Refund Processing

After your returned item has been received and successfully passes inspection at our production unit, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval

  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

  • Exchange store credits are applied to your We Love Canvas account instantly upon approval

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated
