How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since all our canvas prints are made to order, we begin production promptly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at sales@welovecanvas.com within 6 hoursof placing it. Once production has started, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Do you keep canvas prints in stock?
No. Every canvas print at We Love Canvas ismade to order. This means your artwork is freshly printed, hand-stretched, and quality-checked specifically for you — typically within1–2 business days. We do not maintain pre-printed inventory.
Can I order the same artwork in a custom size?
At this time, we offer a curated selection of standard sizes for each artwork to ensure optimal print quality. Custom sizing is not currently available, but we're always working to expand our options. If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Can I save items to purchase later?
Yes! Items added to your cart will stay there when you return. You can also use the "Wishlist" feature (requires a free account) to save your favourite pieces for later.
Shipping & Delivery
Free over $149What are the shipping charges?
We offerfree standard shippingon all orders over $149— no coupon code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout. For orders below $149, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, quantity, and weight of the items in your cart, as well as your delivery location.
How long does delivery take?
Since each piece is custom-made to order, please allow 1–2 business daysfor production and quality checking. Once shipped,standard delivery takes approximately 8–12 business days, while express shipping takes 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and apply to business days only (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
How do I track my order?
Once your canvas has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Click the link for real-time status updates. You can also log into your account at welovecanvas.com/account to view your order history. If your order has been in transit for more than 10 business days without a tracking update, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide— United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and beyond. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties:International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Please email sales@welovecanvas.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Address changes may slightly delay shipment.
My tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received my package.
We recommend first checking around your property, with neighbours, or at your building's reception. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly before the actual drop-off. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, please reach out to us at sales@welovecanvas.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
How is my canvas print packaged for shipping?
Every canvas is carefully wrapped in protective padding and placed inside a sturdy, custom-fit cardboard box designed to prevent movement during transit. Corner protectors are added for larger sizes. We take packaging seriously so your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship to APO and FPO addresses. Please allow additional transit time for military and diplomatic addresses, as these shipments may go through additional routing.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. All orders must be prepaid using one of our accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout options available at the time of purchase.
What happens if no one is home during delivery?
The carrier will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest hub for pick-up or returned to the sender. You can contact the carrier directly or reach out to us to reschedule delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
15-Day WindowWhat is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your canvas. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For full details, please visit our Return Policy page.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@welovecanvas.com with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box it arrived in. We'll print and ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost— no need to return the damaged piece.
I received the wrong artwork or size. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately at sales@welovecanvas.com with photos of the item you received and your order number. We'll arrange for the correct piece to be sent to you as soon as possible at no additional charge.
Who pays for return shipping?
All returns are self-shipped by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will send a free replacement directly — no return required. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your returned item arrives at our production unit and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit. Exchange store credits are applied to your account instantly upon approval.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Custom or personalised canvas prints, items that have been installed or show signs of use, and orders where the return request is made after the 15-day window are not eligible for return or exchange. Products purchased during a final-sale or clearance promotion may also be excluded.
A note on colour differences
Slight variations in colour between your screen and the physical print are normal due to differences in monitor calibration and display settings. Significant colour discrepancies that are clearly the result of a printing error are treated as defective items and are eligible for a free replacement.

What are your canvas prints made of?
Our canvas prints are produced on premium, museum-grade poly-cotton blend canvas using archival-quality, fade-resistant inks. Each canvas is hand-stretched over a solid kiln-dried wooden stretcher frame and arrives ready to hang.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by artwork and may include options ranging from small (12"×8") to extra-large (60"×40") and multi-panel sets. The available sizes for each piece are listed on its product page.
Do your canvases come ready to hang?
Yes! Every We Love Canvas print comes with pre-installed hanging hardware on the back. Simply unbox, find your perfect wall spot, and hang. No additional tools or frames needed.
What frame options do you offer?
Select artworks are available with optional floating frames in colours like black, white, and natural wood. Framed options are noted on each product page where available. Gallery-wrapped (frameless) canvases feature cleanly wrapped edges for a modern look without a frame.
What types of prints do you offer besides canvas?
While canvas prints are our core offering, we also provide select artworks as framed paper prints, acrylic prints,and metal prints. Product type availability varies by artwork and is clearly indicated on each product page.
How long will a canvas print last?
With proper indoor display (away from direct sunlight and high humidity), our canvas prints are designed to retain their vibrancy for decades. The archival inks and UV-protective coatings we use are rated to resist fading for over 75 years under typical display conditions.
Can I buy a digital copy of any artwork?
We do not offer digital downloads of our artwork. All pieces are sold exclusively as physical prints to ensure the highest quality experience and to protect the rights of our partnered artists.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my canvas print?
Gently dust the surface with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn spots, lightly dampen the cloth with water — never use chemical cleaners, alcohol, or abrasive materials directly on the canvas.
My canvas looks loose or saggy. Is it defective?
Not at all — this is an easy fix. Our stretcher bars come with small wooden or plastic stretcher keys tucked in the corners. Simply lay the canvas face-down on a soft surface and gently tap the keys inward with a small hammer to tighten the canvas. Rotate and repeat until it's taut. Be careful not to over-tighten.
There's a small dent or crease on my canvas. Can it be fixed?
Yes! Lay the canvas face-down on a towel and use a regular clothes iron on alow heat setting on the backside of the dent. The canvas fabric will smooth out. If the dent persists and it's within 15 days of purchase, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.
Can I hang canvas prints in the bathroom or kitchen?
While our canvases are durable, prolonged exposure to high humidity or direct steam can affect the print and stretcher bars over time. If you'd like to display art in a bathroom, ensure the room is well-ventilated. For kitchens, keep the canvas away from stove heat and splatter zones.
Should I avoid direct sunlight?
While our inks are UV-resistant, we recommend displaying your canvas away from prolonged direct sunlight for maximum longevity. Indirect or ambient light is perfectly fine and will showcase your art beautifully.
Custom Canvas Prints
Can I print my own photo on canvas?
Yes! Visit our Custom Canvas page to upload your photo and turn it into a beautiful canvas print. We support JPEG, PNG, and TIFF formats. For best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI at your desired print size).
What image resolution do I need for a custom print?
As a general rule, the bigger and sharper the image, the better. We recommend the image be at least alf the dimensions of your chosen canvas size (e.g., for a 24"×16" canvas, the image should be at least 12"×8" at 150+ DPI). Our upload tool will notify you if your image may not print well at your selected size.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. After uploading your photo, our design team will prepare a digital proof showing how your image will appear on canvas, including any cropping or adjustments. You'll receive this via email within 1–2 business days. Your custom order will only go into production after you approve the proof.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders are printed within 1–2 business days after proof approval, plus standard shipping time (8–12 business days for standard, 5–8 for express). Please remember to check your email (including spam folder) for the proof notification and approve it promptly to avoid delays.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All available payment options are displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We Love Canvas uses industry-standard SSL encryption and partners with PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers. Your privacy and security are our top priority.
When am I charged?
Your payment is processed in full at the time you place your order.
Do you offer instalment or buy-now-pay-later options?
Yes! At checkout, you may have the option to pay in interest-free instalments through services like Klarna, Afterpay,or similar providers (availability varies by region). Details and terms are shown at checkout.
How do I apply a promo code or gift card?
On the cart or checkout page, you'll see a field labelled "Promo Code" or "Gift Card." Enter your code and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately. Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
My Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account gives you benefits like order tracking, saved addresses, a wishlist, and access to exclusive promotions.
How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign In" or "Account" icon at the top of our website. Select "Create Account," fill in your name, email, and a password, and you're all set. You can also create an account during checkout.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it.
I checked out as a guest. Can I still track my order?
Yes! Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. However, please note that guest orders won't appear under a newly created account. For the best experience, we recommend creating an account before placing your order.
